根据最新的Samsung Insights报告显示,尽管今年以来,全球已经有几千家酒店采纳了手机房卡和个人礼宾服务的移动应用,但紧接下来,移动应用还将占据酒店前台,为用户提供自助的入住登记。
该报告认为,移动科技即将颠覆酒店前台的美学外观以及实用功能。约47%的酒店计划明年将推出移动端的前台入住登记。随着智能手机在旅游和酒店业生态链顶端地位的继续巩固,移动科技势必亦将为业界的基础设施带来改观。
“不仅仅是酒店前台,每一个部门都配备移动设备服务亦属合理。”酒店运营管理平台Alice的创始人兼总裁Alex Shashou说,“如果酒店员工能够移动办公,他们可以移动自如,随时走去需要去的地方,同时仍持续着正常的工作效率。” Expedia在近期投资了Alice。
“这样,酒店员工在应对工作问题和客户需求时,能有更快捷的响应。” 他说,“比如说,为前台员工提供移动工具,他们能在为客户办理入住手续的同时,带着客户走进其相应的客房。”
“而在以前,这是需要两位员工才能完成的工作,并且客户还需要排队,等待一个员工做好服务的准备。因此,移动设备有助于建立客户关系,引导客户入住的同时,处理好客户需求的事务。”

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
