日前，由国家发展改革委、中宣部、科技部、财政部、环境保护部、住房与城乡建设部、商务部、质检总局、旅游局、国管局等10部门制定的《关于促进绿色消费的指导意见》全文对外发布。意见明确，建立健全绿色消费长效机制，支持发展共享经济。鼓励旅游饭店、景区等推出绿色旅游消费奖励措施。星级宾馆、连锁酒店要逐步减少“六小件”等一次性用品的免费提供，试行按需提供。
意见要求，积极引导居民践行绿色生活方式和消费模式。倡导绿色生活方式。鼓励步行、自行车和公共交通等低碳出行。鼓励消费者旅行自带洗漱用品，提倡重拎布袋子、重提菜篮子、重复使用环保购物袋，减少使用一次性日用品。制定发布绿色旅游消费公约和消费指南。支持发展共享经济，鼓励个人闲置资源有效利用，有序发展网络预约拼车、自有车辆租赁、民宿出租、旧物交换利用等，创新监管方式，完善信用体系。扩大绿色消费市场。加快畅通绿色产品流通渠道，支持市场、商场、超市、旅游商品专卖店等流通企业在显著位置开设绿色产品销售专区。组织流通企业与绿色产品提供商展开对接，促进绿色产品销售。鼓励大中城市利用群众性休闲场所、公益场地开设跳蚤市场，方便居民交换闲置旧物。完善农村消费基础设施和销售网络，通过电商平台提供面向农村地区的绿色产品，丰富产品服务种类，拓展绿色产品农村消费市场。
意见明确，到2020年，绿色消费理念成为社会共识，长效机制基本建立，奢侈浪费行为得到有效遏制，绿色产品市场占有率大幅提高，勤俭节约、绿色低碳、文明健康的生活方式和消费模式基本形成。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
