非标准住宿领域正在成为酒店业的下一必争之地。记者了解到，铂涛日前对房屋社交分享平台“朋友客”进行战略投资，此前如家也推出了民宿品牌“云上四季”，其他酒店集团也开始纷纷布局非标准住宿领域。分析认为，政策对非标准住宿的支持以及曾经的蓝海“中档酒店”竞争加剧，迫使以经济型酒店为代表的酒店集团开始进军这一领域，但是应该如何拓展非标准住宿市场，还有待进一步探索。
近日有消息称，房屋社交分享平台“朋友客”获得铂涛集团数百万元战略投资，加码非标准住宿领域。据了解，朋友客是一个房屋分享平台，通过熟人关系进行房屋共享，是基于三度好友机制类似Airbnb的房屋分享模式。据了解，铂涛是较早进入非标准住宿的经济型酒店连锁品牌，早在2014年，铂涛就成立了窝趣轻社区品牌，布局长租公寓。此后几大经济型酒店品牌也纷纷入局，华住除了做中高端度假品牌漫心外，还战略投资城品公寓。如家的公寓品牌“逗号公寓”去年下半年已经开业。今年3月，如家还启动了民宿运营，以合作形式将符合条件的民宿业主纳入旗下品牌“云上四季”民宿，如家对民宿业主只收取品牌服务费，免收加盟费和其他费用，引发业内高度关注。
事实上，非标准住宿市场上，除了这些新入局的经济型酒店集团以及原先单打独斗的单体酒店，各路资本也纷至沓来。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
