随着时间的推进，2016年有望成为旅游个股国企改革相关方案的落地之年。近期旅游国企个股动作有所加速，2016年4月5日岭南控股因重大重组事项停牌;2016年4月11日早间，西安旅游因重大事项停牌。整体来看，国企改革主题有望风云再起。
国企改革推进历程回顾。2015年上半年，伴随“2015年将是全面深化改革的关键之年”等呼声，国企改革概念风起云涌。但此后一段时间，尤其在国企兼并重组方面，进度又相对放缓。2015年9月出台《中共中央、国务院关于深化国有企业改革的指导意见》，2015年11月后，伴随供给侧改革等的提出，国企改革开始进一步强化。
2016年已明确成为国企改革落地之年。随着2016年2月国企改革“十项改革试点”的公布，国企改革明显加速。2016年3月，随着两会政府工作报告进一步明确，国企改革2016年将正式进入实际操作阶段。2016年4月8日，国务院会议进一步强调，今年是国有企业改革落实年。并且，参考中国经营报4月初的相关报道，在2015年19项国企改革相关政策推出后，2016年将有21项左右的国企改革政策出台，包括国企重组、员工持股、薪酬改革等内容。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
