游客违约付100%订单费用为违约埋单，旅行社违约只付5%，相差20倍？再次打破行规，携程旅游宣布旅游板块开始执行新的“违约金赔付”制度，规定旅行社取消违约金比例和消费者取消违约金比例最多相差30%。行业执行了几年甚至十几年的“退改规则”一夜之间改写，标志着消费者、旅行社违约“对等赔付”时代来临。
对等赔付到底是怎么回事？游客在携程平台上预订一条产品，在出发3天解除合同取消订单，需要按照订单金额的90%赔付违约金，如果是携程或者旅行社在出发前3天违约解除合同，则需要向客户支付不低于60%订单费用的违约金。两个比例最多相差30%。而按照“行规”，旅行社出发前3天取消仅需陪5%-20%，也就是说新标准相比携程自身以往赔付标准、其他旅游网站目前的赔付标准提升达5-10倍左右。
除了携程自营，携程旅游平台一万多家旅行社合作伙伴也宣布跟进。对比其他旅行社各自为政，赔付差距悬殊，携程平台百万级产品“退改规则”执行同一个标准，不再有其他任何附加条款。同时，根据携程旅游六重保障、先行赔付制度，在携程平台购买自营和代理旅行社的跟团游、自由行等度假旅游产品，因旅行社原因行程取消，统一找携程解决、先行赔付。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
