近日，南山警方根据《中华人民共和国反恐怖主义法》第八十六条第二款之规定，对未按规定查验住客身份且拒不改正的蛇口汉庭酒店处以10万元罚款，开出全区首张旅馆业“反恐罚单”。
2016年6月28日，南山警方对辖区旅馆业进行突击检查时，发现蛇口汉庭酒店存在一人登记、多人入住行为，且该酒店存在来访登记工作不完善、未安装梯控系统等问题。南山警方依法对汉庭酒店前台人员罚款两百元，并责令酒店限期整改。
2016年7月6日，9月4日，南山警方对蛇口汉庭酒店进行两次检查，发现该酒店仍存在一人登记、多人入住行为，且一直未整改来访登记、不安装梯控系统等问题。南山警方遂将蛇口汉庭酒店负责人王某、前台负责人崔某丽带回派出所进行调查，并对酒店处以十万元罚款，同时对酒店负责人罚款一千元。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
