前有*ST宁通B(200468)卖房保壳，现有ST生化向控股股东出售酒店物业，左手倒右手。
作为控股股东振兴集团向ST生化以资抵债的资产，2012年金兴大酒店作价1.11亿元注入上市公司。事隔4年，金兴大酒店仍未取得土地使用权证，作为一栋烂尾楼在ST生化2016年半年报中被列为“在建工程”，并作出大笔减值准备。
今年8月，ST生化又计划将金兴大酒店以1.16亿元的价格转让给振兴集团，“以解决其对公司造成的影响，同时为公司的后续发展提供资金”。
截至2015年12月31日，振兴集团总资产为45.72亿元，净资产21.41亿元，2015年度营业收入5亿元，净利润6669.85万元。据了解，目前ST生化向控股股东出售金兴大酒店的方案，将于9月29日召开的股东大会上审议，并约定在协议签订并生效后3个月内，控股股东向ST生化现金支付交易款项。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
