10月中旬，浙江省慈溪市市场监管局颁发了我市首张民宿营业执照——宁波游侠客民宿有限公司，并向申请人发出特种行业许可证和卫生许可证的办理告知书。
根据浙江省工商局指导意见，慈溪市进一步放宽“民宿”登记住所登记条件，允许居民利用符合民宿经营面积条件的自有住宅或集体用房作为登记场所，并使用“民宿”、“客栈”、“驿站”等作为企业名称使用或者连用。同时，根据“先照后证”审批“双告知”制度，告知企业在办理营业执照后及时办理特种行业许可证、卫生许可证等审批事项，并将企业注册信息及时抄告公安、环保、卫生等相关监管部门，加强事中事后监管。
据了解，宁波游侠客民宿有限公司位于岗墩风景区，注册资本达1000万元人民币。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
