11月8日，情趣电商春水堂打造的智能情侣酒店西湖旗舰店实景全貌的首次宣传曝光。如果你认为它是“重口味”的情趣酒店那就大错特错了。据了解，其定位既非居住型星级酒店，亦非以钟点房消费为主的“重口味”情趣酒店，而是要为情侣创造浪漫美好的相处和住宿体验。
情诗智能情侣酒店将主要针对月收入在8000元以上的25至40岁人群，走中高端路线。除了风景优美、建筑独特、设计时尚之外，情诗酒店还拥有全新的智能体验：可基于行为识别技术，自动匹配有利于提高用户体验的嗅觉（薰香系统）、听觉（音响系统）、视觉（灯光、影像系统）和家居等智能系统。
情诗智能情侣酒店西湖旗舰店预计将于2017年第一季度开业。此外，春水堂计划将在2017年推出亲密关系培训业务，进一步完善亲密关系战略布局。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
