2016年7月，深圳警方联合相关部门在侦查一起偷渡案件过程中发现，港X招待所违反实名登记管理规定，未按规定如实登记涉案人员身份信息。深圳警方依据《反恐法》对该违法招待所处以10万元罚款，并对该场所主要负责人路某处以1000元人民币的罚款处罚。
2016年6月，杭州市拱墅区公安分局发现市内某酒店多次出现不按要求落实住宿人员身份查验登记的情况。分局民警对该酒店进行检查时，再次发现其中2间酒店客房的住客身份信息仍没有按规定查验登记。7月2日，拱墅警方依据《反恐法》规定，对该酒店作出罚款10万元的处罚，并对酒店直接主管人陈某作出相应处罚。
2016年4月份，广州警方在对旅业的日常治安检查中，发现市内某酒店违反实名登记管理规定，没有登记一名旅客的身份信息。经调查证实，该漏登信息旅客与一条涉恐线索有关。对此，广州警方依据《中华人民共和国反恐怖主义法》第八十六条规定，对该违法酒店作出10万元罚款处罚，并对酒店当天值班主管人员作相应处罚。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
