综合泰国媒体11月28日消息，泰国商业部建议企业投资日本小型酒店，因为旅客对这种小型酒店的需求较高，日本方面也准备好与泰国投资商配对进行合资，共谋发展。
商业部国际贸易促进厅长玛丽女士在驻日本广岛市贸易促进代表办事处指出，近2-3年来不断有游客到日本旅游，且市场成长迅速，导致日本当地酒店数量不足以满足游客需求，而九州岛和冲绳是外籍游客大量聚集的地区，同样面临着酒店数量不足问题，特别是福冈市作为九州岛的中心地带，且拥有国际机场，在这里投资酒店业务相信会获得好的收益，刚好符合旅游市场的需求，即小型酒店或精品酒店。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
