落实轻资产布局，出售银城华天酒店，参股星亿东方介入影视文化产业，2016年4月华天酒店集团股份有限公司第六届董事会第十九次会议决议公告中，华天明确表示，将通过本次资产出售，开展资产运营业务。将银城华天由自主经营改为租赁经营，符合公司轻资产战略，有效提升公司资产流动性和运营效率。近三年来，华天酒店一直深陷亏损危机，徘徊在“ST”边缘。10月10日晚间至13日，华天更是连发公告，分别涉及政府补助、融资融券和股权质押，为归还银行贷款、补足经营性现金流并平衡业绩报表频放大招。
综上所述，推进REITs、输出自有品牌、转向特许加盟、出售酒店资产、转向品牌经营管理等方式，国内酒店集团不同的操作模式均是为了实现轻资产化转型。然而，轻资产的同时，还可能面临着风险。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
