旅日华人首富，株式会社CHI社长露崎强，日前成功并购达美航空公司驻日本基地和基地附属的丽笙成田酒店(日文ラディソンホテル成田)，并于12月5日晚举行了酒店开业仪式。
被日本主流媒体《读卖新闻》称作“旅日华人首富”的露崎强，在上个世纪80年代初，怀揣5000日元踏上了日本土地。1988年创办了CHI株式会社，经过三十年的打拼，露崎强在日本拥有东京湾花园酒店、富士山花园酒店、长崎海洋世界大酒店、SEKIA九州花园酒店、神户城堡花园酒店、ラディソン成田酒店等多家大型酒店，拥有观光巴士公司、高尔夫球场、旅行社等众多关联企业，另外还拥有东京日本桥外语学院、习志野日本语学院、东京芝浦外语学院等三所日语学校。2015年时总资产接近1000亿日元，是日本最具代表性和影响力的华人企业家。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
