12月19日，中国光大控股有限公司宣布，旗下山东高速光控产业基金战略性投资昆明怡美假日旅游发展集团股份有限公司(下称“怡美假日”)，正式进入云南旅游产业。
怡美假日为云南省旅游龙头企业，拥有七彩云南景区17年运营管理经验，致力于整合云南及周边地区目的地旅游资源和服务，构建以旅游文化景区商业综合运营、旅游商品研发批发为主业，旅行社平台、旅游车平台、酒店管理等多轮驱动的中国第一家旅游全产业链整合运营商。
作为怡美假日旅游集团的重要股东，光大控股将利用自身品牌、资金、管理和业务网络等优势，助力其深耕云南及周边旅游市场。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
