12月26日,华天酒店集团发布公告称,拟用公司及控股子公司的部分固定资产以售后回租的方式,开展融资租赁业务,融资租赁额不超过1.1亿元。
此前的不到半年时间内,华天酒店集团已通过定增、频繁的股权质押、政府补助等方式来寻求财务数据的改善,以及业务转型。此次通过固定资产售后回租的方式来拓宽融资渠道,或显示出华天酒店集团融资环境的窘迫,以及业务转型的艰难。
2016年被称为华天酒店集团的转型年,但这并非一帆风顺。财报显示,今年前三季度,华天酒店集团的归属母公司净利润为-1.233亿元,环比增长-679.74%。而截至今年三季度末,公司的资产负债率达65.7%,流动负债率高达73.1%。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
