英国《金融时报》近日报道，随着越来越多中国公司在海外购买高端旅游资产，中国的经济型连锁酒店开始向海外扩展业务，为日益增长的中国出境游客提供服务。
在这一行业，保险业巨头安邦保险曾凭借几次海外地产投资抢占了新闻媒体头条。2014年，安邦以19.5亿美元收购纽约的华尔道夫酒店，现在则轮到那些低成本酒店进军海外市场了。
拥有约2500家店面的7天酒店是中国一大经济型酒店品牌。随着国内市场的放缓，7天2016年在奥地利的林茨和萨尔茨堡开设了酒店。本周，拥有95间套房的7天优品还将在维也纳营业，以便游客前往美泉宫。其他7天优品酒店将在未来12个月在柏林、慕尼黑、莱比锡和威尼斯开设。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
