东胜中国(00265-HK)周日晚间发布公告称,于2017年3月10日(于交易时段后),买方日通投资有限公司(公司之全资附属公司)、卖方北园一波及卖方担保人张杰先生及许云生先生订立该协议,据此买方有条件购买而卖方有条件出售销售股份(占目标公司已发行股本78%),股份代价为约1.03亿日元(相当于约705.32万港元)。
据悉,目标公司Nibou Company Limited为卖方根据日本法律于2014年7月14日成立之有限公司。目标公司主要从事在日本的酒店所有权及管理。该酒店为9层高(包括两层地下室)的温泉酒店,总建筑面积为约5000平方米,并有约60个客房及停车场设施。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
