近日，柯兹纳国际对外宣布ONE&ONLY唯逸度假酒店品牌进化计划，旗下极奢资产组合新增自然、城市以及私享之家三大度假酒店系列，两家全新自然系列度假酒店将在非洲开业。
One&Only唯逸度假酒店专为极致奢华的市场而生，被认为是卓越品质的象征。目前，为了拓展酒店品牌，在屡获殊荣的海滨度假酒店系列之外，One&Only唯逸度假酒店品牌新加入自然度假酒店(One&Only Nature Resorts)，城市度假酒店(One&Only Urban Resorts)，以及私享之家度假酒店(One&Only Private Homes)三个全新系列，对现有的度假酒店资产进行补充。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
