距中秋节还有一个月时间，五星级酒店已开始提速月饼市场的销售。调查发现，高价月饼目前已消失影踪，今年五星级酒店的月饼主打百元左右的平民价格。尽管这些月饼的价格开始“瘦身”，但相比于其他时令食品，月饼依旧是酒店业最“吸金”的香饽饽。所以，五星级酒店也继续发力这块市场，从而提升全年业绩。
“尽管价格有所下调，但目前利润还可以达到售价的三四倍”，一位月饼制作工坊的孙师傅给记者算了笔成本账。据了解，每块100克的普通月饼成本不足4元，礼盒成本大约25-30元，一盒6粒装的月饼礼盒成本价约50元左右。孙师傅介绍说，以最常见的蛋黄莲蓉月饼为例，面粉、花生粉、莲蓉馅为主食，鸡蛋、咸蛋黄为辅料，这些原料价加上水电费、人工费等，每公斤月饼制作成本价大约为35.8元，如果分成每块重约100克月饼后，平均每块月饼成本仅3.58元左右。据此计算，目前市面上6粒装月饼成本约在50元左右，8粒装月饼成本约58元左右。一位酒店经营者也向记者表示，做月饼需要专门的月饼生产设备，但考虑到月饼的时令性和设备的闲置率，酒店很少自行购买设备，如果直接从作坊提货，价格还可以更低。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
