根据投诉举报线索，经国家旅游局督办，山东省、浙江省旅游局迅速组织力量查办。2016年1月26日，国家旅游局通报查处的这两起扰乱旅游市场秩序典型案件。
案件一、济南欢乐假期国际旅行社有限公司服务网点违规经营案 涉事旅行社被责令改正、没收违法所得并处二十万元罚款
案件经过：根据投诉举报线索，经调查，济南欢乐假期国际旅行社有限公司岔路街、济洛路两个服务网点违规从事经营活动，并违法获利。
处罚结果：依据《旅行社条例》第四十六条的规定，济南市旅游局给予济南欢乐假期国际旅行社有限公司责令改正、没收违法所得、处二十万元罚款的行政处罚。处罚结果列入旅游经营服务不良信息记录，并转入旅游经营服务信用档案，向社会予以公布。
案件二、浙江天天商旅国际旅行社有限公司服务网点违规经营案 涉事旅行社被责令改正、没收违法所得并处十六万元罚款
案件经过：根据投诉举报线索，经调查，浙江天天商旅国际旅行社有限公司鄞州区、镇海两个服务网点违规从事经营活动，并违法获利。
处罚结果：依据《旅行社条例》第四十六条的规定，宁波市旅游局给予浙江天天商旅国际旅行社有限公司责令改正、没收违法所得、处十六万元罚款的行政处罚。处罚结果列入旅游经营服务不良信息记录，并转入旅游经营服务信用档案，向社会予以公布。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
