2月14号是新年开工首日，又恰逢西方情人节，不少情侣选择多休假一天，酒店市场也火爆了一把。旅行社数据显示，有超过3成情侣在情人节当天休假，他们的旅行行程也将持续到这一天。此外，情人节当晚的酒店预订量同比上涨接近5成。
据介绍，13、14日两天，情侣入住境内外高星级酒店的占比高达68.2%，接近7成的占比远超往年。
境内酒店目的地方面，三亚、上海、北京位居前三，数据显示，三亚酒店入住人群中，只有不到30%为当地的情侣，而前往旅游的情侣占比超过7成，北、上两地则刚好与之相反，本地情侣占比均超过5成。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
