早在去年4月，东航就曾发布公告称，拟以非公开发行A股股票的方式募集资金不超过150亿元，全部用于购买飞机和偿还金融机构贷款。今年1月，东航非公开发行A股获证监会核准。
从持股比例来看，增发完成后，东航集团持股有望从原先约64%降低到50%多，东航国资持股比例降低。这可以看做是东航正积极推进国企混合所有制改革。这是携程继首旅之后涉足的第二个大型国资企业。 东方航空集团党组书记、东方航空股份有限公司总经理马须伦曾在公开场合特别指出，希望东航集团能够进入国资委国有资本投资公司试点名单。
而携程斥资30亿入股东航之后，很有可能会成为东航除集团及关联公司外的第一大外部股东。
携程30亿元的认购可能会以一个颇为巧妙的方式操作。据记者猜测，携程或将先通过入股东航的概念拉升股价，同时再去美股市场募资。这样并不会对携程的现金流产生很大的影响。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
