近日，喜达屋集团在大中华区首家复合式度假酒店——神州半岛喜来登度假酒店及神州半岛福朋喜来登酒店任命李渔先生为酒店经理。
李渔先生拥有近20年国际酒店管理的资历，曾先后在洲际、雅高、温德姆等知名国际酒店管理集团担任高级管理职务。
自2009年加入喜达屋酒店与度假酒店国际集团，李渔先生以其专业敏锐的市场洞悉力、全面的酒店管理能力，先后将海南石梅湾艾美度假酒店、海棠湾民生威斯汀度假酒店打造成为业内知名酒店。履新前，李渔先生担任喜达屋集团在大中华区首家复合式度假酒店——神州半岛喜来登度假酒店及神州半岛福朋喜来登酒店行政助理经理一职。凭借其丰富的酒店管理经验及长远的市场战略部署，不断为神州半岛喜来登度假酒店及神州半岛福朋喜来登酒店增添全新的活力和创意。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
