主打平民出游、一般商务客的中端酒店入住率有所增加。记者了解到,7天酒店7月份至今的整体开房率接近90%,一二线城市的开房率更是达到了95%以上,对比去年7~8月的开房率,预计会有3%~5%的增长。环比第二季度也有5%~10%的增长。价格方面,客房单价以150元~200元/间为主,不同城市不同地段价格会有稍许差异。
针对消费升级的大环境,为了争抢中端客流,这些品牌也在对酒店硬件进行升级改造。记者了解到,以7天为例,该品牌将于下半年推出升级产品——“全新7天”,“全新7天”主打“零负担自由空间”的产品概念,通过简约现代的设计、开放性的空间和巧妙的可移动家具设计,让消费者在入住的过程中能感受到更多的自由随性和舒适。“全新7天”还将引入24小时便利购和年轻加油站,在酒店里为消费者提供便利店服务和简易健身器材。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
