众信与中国旅游集团两家大集团的重新亮相，并非简单意义上的以新集团名称现身。新集团名称背后的本质逻辑在于旅游企业的战略转型和多元化增值谋略。
7月29日晚间，众信旅游（002707.SZ）发布公告称，公司已在北京市工商行政管理局办理完成了更名。
经由核准登记，以北京众信国际旅行社股份有限公司为核心企业，联合旗下各子公司，众信旅游集团（简称：众信集团）日前已正式组建。同时，北京众信国际旅行社股份有限公司正式更名为“众信旅游集团股份有限公司”。
几乎是同一时间，网络上也开始流传出一张由北京市工商行政管理局核发的一张营业执照。
港中旅与中国国旅合并后的中国旅游集团公司也已于日前正式被核准登记，一家航母级的“中字头”旅游集团正式成立。这一酝酿了多时的中国旅游业最大并购案之一，终于成就了中国头号旅游集团。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
