北京文化在频频转让旗下旅游资产的同时，亦在影视行业不断并购。究其原因，是其旅游板块经营状况不佳，且旅游服务业务板块占比较大。
继准备让出潭柘寺、戒台寺经营权之后，北京京西文化旅游股份有限公司(下简称“北京文化”)欲再次甩卖旗下旅游资产。8月5日，北京文化公告称，拟通过公开挂牌转让等方式转让全资子公司北京龙泉宾馆有限公司(下简称“龙泉宾馆”)100%股权。
截至4月30日，龙泉宾馆经审计的总资产账面价值2.43亿元，评估价值为6.15万亿元，增值率152.91%，同时，其净资产增值率为177.87%。
成立于1986年的龙泉宾馆，注册资本1亿元。工商信息显示，龙泉宾馆除了经营餐饮、住宿外，经营范围还包括酒吧、美容美发、歌舞厅、健身房、洗浴、三轮车服务等。
北京文化表示，其股权转让价格不得低于3.5亿元。“本次转让优先采取在北京产权交易所公开挂牌转让的方式，交易受让方尚未确定，如挂牌转让没有成交，公司将采取协议转让等方式进行。”

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
