10月9日早8：30，接到万达旅业副总经理徐道明通知的万达旅业总部人员召开了全体大会，就前一天在公司内部传开的万达旅业即将并入同程旅游的消息，万达文化集团副总裁张春远对大家交代了事情的前因后果。
记者获悉，会议匆匆进行了15分钟左右便结束了。这次会议，一定程度上是对万达旅业人员的“安抚”大会，在前一天的消息传出后，万达旅业人员对未来的去向众说纷纭。
据了解，10月12日，同程旅游高管将来到万达旅业总部，与徐道明等领导沟通具体整合事宜。人事方面，万达旅业管理团队的去留将与同程做双向选择。
这一消息无疑是令人错愕震惊的。此前不久，万达旅业副总经理徐道明做客《旅界大咖说》时还曾表示，万达集团非常看好旅行社行业的发展潜力，万达旅业即将开始整合旗下12家旅行社，如何更好的发挥聚合力，是下一步考虑重点。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
