9月29日，南昌市劳动就业服务管理处(南昌市再就业小额贷款信用担保中心)再次降价转让南昌环湖宾馆有限公司100%股权，挂牌价格为11791.32万元，此次价格较3年前的挂牌价降低了2678余万元。
不过记者了解到，截至10月10日，受委托的南昌一通产权经纪有限公司仍未接到询价电话。
1995年12月4日，环湖宾馆正式注册成立，开业后成为南昌最受欢迎的宾馆之一。进入21世纪，中高档宾馆如雨后春笋般在南昌城区开业，由于硬件老旧，加上竞争激烈，环湖宾馆经营状况下滑。2012年8月1日起，经营了17年的环湖宾馆关门谢客。工商信息显示，南昌市劳动就业服务管理处持有环湖宾馆100%股权，其前身为南昌市劳动服务公司(副县级事业单位)，隶属于南昌市人社局。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
