主题公园正快速布局。5月18日记者获悉，华夏动漫科技有限公司(以下简称“华夏动漫”)主席兼行政总裁庄向松透露，华夏动漫已与河北省定兴县人民政府签订战略合作框架协议，拟合作在当地建立华夏动漫文创主题公园，而定兴县就在中央要大力发展的雄安新区附近。
据悉，华夏动漫在定兴县取得一项目所在地的40年经营权。项目规划面积达1.5万平方公里，首阶段占地300-500顷，最快2018年动工，2020年落成。华夏动漫还透露，该项目除建设主题乐园外，还会建一个培育中心，以吸引创意文化企业进驻，而周边地区未来更可能会有房地产项目发展。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
