4月6日，记者接到爆料，如家酒店管理人员与多名加盟商业主发生争执，由于双方发生矛盾后争执不休，现场一度出现撕拉现象。现大连市警方介入调查协调。
据爆料者介绍，当天，如家酒店全国加盟招商会在辽宁省大连市黄河路和颐酒店门前举办，原本挺喜庆的事情，这一举动引来加盟商业主的强烈不满。“从沈阳坐中巴到大连，就是为了与酒店的高管协商，但是他们连见都不让我们见。”沈阳地区如家酒店加盟商李先生说。
据多名业主亲身试验发现，使用如家酒店App订房，即使卫星定位显示附近有自己开的加盟店，最优先显示可订房间也是处于更远处的直营店。老业主们在经营过程中发现，受总公司控制关联的酒店，如莫泰、和颐、如家精选、素柏·云酒店等不断增加，以及近距离开店问题日益突出，而总公司总以“品牌错位”为幌子做解释，但在App、官网等订房系统中如家、莫泰、和颐是不分品牌并列排序的，这种做法严重侵害加盟业主利益。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
