上半年,多家布局出境游业务的上市公司业绩亮眼。其中,凯撒旅游、中青旅、众信旅游净利润同比增幅分别为60.27%、92.17%、28.41%。分析人士表示,龙头旅游公司的市场提升空间较大,进一步整合旅游产业链资源,有利于提升出境游上市公司的盈利能力。
分析人士表示,参考欧美旅游市场的情况,中国出境游龙头企业市占率有望达到30%以上。对于大型出境旅行社来说,随着业务规模的持续扩大,规模效应将使得公司对上游供应商的议价能力得到提升,带来资源采购成本下降;同时,渠道面的不断拓宽及品牌推广效应也会对下游的议价能力有所帮助,进而使得综合毛利率上升。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
