近日，法国雅高酒店集团发布的2016年上半年财报指出，雅高将12家宜必思酒店转让给了华住。宜必思是雅高旗下经济型酒店代表，2010年前后雅高还不断扩大经济型酒店的规模，甚至以特许经营的模式展开扩张，但收效甚微。目前中高端酒店成为外资酒店品牌甚至是国内本土酒店集团布局的重点，雅高也开始逐步放松对经济型酒店市场的觊觎，集中精力布局中高端。然而相对洲际酒店、希尔顿、喜达屋等外资品牌早前在国内中高端酒店市场的飞速圈地，雅高再谋中高端酒店市场难言乐观。
8月11日，雅高发布2016年上半年财报。财报提及，雅高已将旗下12家酒店转让给华住，经查得知这12家酒店均为宜必思。据华住提供给记者的数据显示，宜必思在国内一共有13家直营店，委托管理和特许经营36家，总计49家。此次转让的12家宜必思均为直营酒店，表明雅高已经开始抽身中低端品牌的经营。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
