2016年上半年，中国上市房企酒店营业收入，万达商业以绝对优势领跑，然而鲜为人知的是万达酒店业存在亏损，碧桂园同样如此，酒店经营亏损人民币1.23亿元。
1. 时间：2016年1月1日至2016年6月30日；
2. 企业：在中国内地开展经营活动，且以房地产为主业的上市企业，并且半年报中披露内地酒店运营收入的企业；
3. 数据口径：酒店营业收入是指房企中国内地酒店所带来的营业收入；
继2016年上半年中国上市房企持有物业营业收入Top50榜单后，我们将酒店的营业收入进行单独排名，发现多数企业酒店营业收入占持有物业营业收入比重较小，部分企业无酒店收入。
但是也有例外，其中中国金茂和碧桂园占据榜单二三位，酒店收入占持有物业营业收入的比重分别为59%和93%。虽然从收入上看，酒店收入不如商业和办公租金收入高，但实际上国内星级酒店（房企酒店多为星级酒店）市场饱和度较高，酒店空置率较大，常年存在亏损现象，并且酒店成本回收周期长，大量酒店投入将会使企业面临资金压力。

The hotel is situated in a really old shanty pocket of Shanghai, but conveniently close to Sichuan North Road commercial area (shopping) and the former art district (culture including Luxun Museum etc.) and lines 4 (SH railway station convenient) and 10(?); through the latter one may reach line 2 with ease. The hotel is suitably clean for a local establishment though many of the appliances and cupboards are functionally sub-par. I stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service never came even when I asked for it which was amazing as I think I was the only guest at the hotel that time. The front desk staff are constantly asleep or look annoyed when you ask them for things (ie. cleaning service or whatever). The TV had horrible static though the internet was pretty fast. Overall, this is a hotel with a lot of potential (old building with a lot of original structures), but suffers from bad housekeeping and unprofessional general management and staff training.
